Teaching
Spring 2026 semester at Rice University — teaching New Enterprises (MGMT 621), an MBA course on entrepreneurship. This is my fourth semester. The course has evolved significantly each time, and this semester I'm implementing five critical changes from last fall's retrospective.
Building
Personal Cartography — my methodology for turning identity into an operating system. Currently validating the Personal Stack as a near-term product: a structured approach to building AI-augmented knowledge infrastructure for creators and knowledge workers.
Executive Education — designing an 8-module AI course for corporate professionals. The spine is complete; building the first client overlay now.
Writing
Working on a series about the Personal Stack — the system I built to run my professional life. Read what's published so far.
Saying No To
- New software builds until the Personal Stack product is validated
- Process-heavy ops I won't actually run
- Broad content marketing as primary GTM — relationships and demos first
- New consulting engagements that don't directly feed teaching or methodology
Where
Based in Houston, TX. Traveling less than usual this semester because of the teaching schedule.
